About Luma Cleaning Services
Luma Cleaning Services is a family-owned house cleaning company based in Montrose, California. We've been cleaning homes across Los Angeles County since 2019 — from foothill houses in La Crescenta to Craftsman bungalows in Pasadena and hillside condos in Glendale.
Who we are
We're a small, local team — not a franchise. Every cleaner on our staff is a direct employee (never a subcontractor), fully insured, bonded, and background-checked. Because we're small, our clients work with the same two-person team every visit, which is why the majority of our business is recurring bi-weekly service.
Our field crews cover a roughly 10-mile radius around Montrose: Glendale, La Crescenta, La Cañada Flintridge, Pasadena, South Pasadena, Altadena, Burbank, Sunland, Tujunga, Eagle Rock, Highland Park, Glassell Park, Verdugo City, and Adams Hill.
What we do
We handle five kinds of residential cleaning: standard house cleaning, deep cleaning, recurring service, apartment cleaning, and Airbnb turnovers.
We don't do commercial janitorial work, post-construction cleanup, or exterior services. Focus is the reason we're good at what we do.
